★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading the reviews and coming to this store I understand exactly how the others feel. Also the replies by the owner of the reviews are downright unprofessional. If I ever talked to my clients or replied to reviews in this manner I would hope I got punched in the face and possibly had an epiphany about my actions... The owner is rude, unprofessional and only makes excuses for their actions in their reviews... I find this behavior completely unacceptable... I may not be a psychologist but this kind of attitude towards yourself and others is toxic and will not be tolerated by even the worst kind of people... since everyone at least deserves respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been buying all our jewelry from Jackie for several years now, highly recommend checking them out. Huge display cabinets with tons of selection, and always new stuff to see when we stop in. Employees make you feel like your apart of a family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a consumer, this is a great pawn shop. The prices are reasonable and they have a decent selection of tools. My only complaint is that the store was not busy when I visited and yet I was not greeted until I was nearly ready to leave. The man behind the counter basically ignored my existence. The woman who did eventually greet me, however, was delightfully pleasant. I have never sold them anything, so I cannot offer an opinion on that matter. Overall, I enjoyed my visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place to stop, great stock and great people. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They even helped out our riding group with donations, coming in early to provide a place to stop and have coffee/treats when doing a charity ride. If we didn't have to cancel last summer due to COVID, they would have helped us again. I don't understand any bad reviews, but I can't say it enough, great people. Thank you for everything.

There is a wide variety of items and always lots of stock. I appreciate their friendly, professional service and reasonable prices which is why I make a point of going there about once a month to see what's new.
