The service we received was amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure we were involved in every step of the process. Our piece was created and done in a timely manner. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked the guy if he was going to charge me money to fix my watch. Then he gets rude and says, "I was going to fix two of your watches for one price, but now going to charge you for both. No one works for free." Yes people do work for free. It is called volunteering.
I asked him if he would buy my watch. He said, "why would I buy your watch? I have new watches." Such attitude. He can't even be a good salesman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I have gone to Gold Star for several years for repairs, batteries, etc. This year, I also purchased diamond stud earrings and a watch from them. The experience was fantastic for both purchases. Never rushed and always very informative, it was a supportive experience that made it feel like I was buying from family. Also the prices were very competitive. For the earrings, they also gift wrapped them for me...those are the small things that make a huge difference for customers. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
PS. They have a great selection of Citizen watches at prices lower than you'll find online plus you get it fitted.

The final result blew our expectations away! We have had nothing but compliments on our beautiful rings and we have Gold Star Jewellers and Fofi to thank for that! Thought maybe gonna be pricey for a watch battery replacement.
But no. Told 15min when store was empty. Once I left many people came. Many. But still got my watch battery replaced in 15 min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a necklace that was customs made here, it was done with extreme care and attention. Both owners are very patient and honest, they tell you upfront if the piece is worth altering or, worth fixing.
I have never seen a lady in this industry like Fofi before, she can tell you something from point A to B, right away. Extremely knowledgeable.
The closest store located to Fofi and Tom is probably Gold Room Jewellers, lots of people have asked me, difference between the two.
Goldstar's customer service is "much better" by far!!!
Price wise, both are about the same, there is market price for silver and gold.
Custom design pieces from Gold Star always turn out great!!!
Even though I'm not in here as much as before, I recommend you give this store a try. Look at the attached photos.
