Just want to take a minute to give a shout out to Rapid Tech Computer Services in North Delta. Back in December, I accidentally formatted my external hard drive and lost close to a TB of files/music/photos etc. I tried to recover the files on my own but unfortunately wasn't able to, and decided to find some outside help. Spoke to several places that were quoting me upwards of $600 and after posting on here for help I got a message from Sujay L. Nazareth, who said he'd be willing and able to help me. Not only did he recover over 90% of the files, he did it VERY quickly, kept me updated and all within a very reasonable budget. I even went away for month and wasn't able to pick it up till today and he was so kind in holding it for me and also allowing me to pay on return. For any computer/technical needs I HIGHLY recommend Sujay and his company !

Rapidtech computers has been servicing our computers and laptops for over 13 years. The service is very reliable, prompt and professional. They are also very accommodating to our extremely busy working schedule and understand that computers are a must have on a day to day basis, working around our needs is most important when it come to fixing computer glitches. Rapittech has accommodated all situations and provided nothing but the best service.

I bought an Acer computer from them and have had nothing but a run around since. Firstly the computer they installed was a cheaper model than they charged me for which I had to figure out. He also tried to charge me a higher labour rate than he quoted. After weeks of chasing they said they couldn't upgrade it to the one they charged me for because they could not make house calls due to Covid19 so I offered to take it to them and they said the shop was closed and may not reopen, so I tried to get a refund for the extra charge which took weeks to get $50 even though Bestbuy shows a $100 to $400 difference between the two models. I question Sujay's ability also since I had a perfectly operating network between my old desktop, laptop and my TV with my old system and now I don't have any network at all and cannot get them to respond to fix this. I am left thinking that he does not know how to set up a network. The computer also has issues which are frustrating and I would not buy the same make again. I would not recommend this company. I bought a three year warranty also which I suspect is worthless. Hope I do not have to use it. Answer: Reply is not true. Only one remote session took place to set up the remote backup drive and get around the network issue which worked from the laptop to the TV only for just a few days. Never been able to communicate between the desktop and the laptop. Network has never worked. Other issues with font size which they know about and computer randomly shutting down at times still exist. Despite repeated requests for another remote review his "virtual assistant" has never scheduled it. Still waiting.

I have been using Rapidtech for the last 10 years, having a computer company in business this long these days is a feat alone. They arrange all my technical issues from emails to web domain hosting and have found them prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. I have no issues recommending them to my family, friends and colleagues.

I met Sujay, owner of Rapidtech Computer Services years ago when he was a young computer whiz starting his business and he started providing us with IT services. Fast forward a few years and I was at a crossroads as we were not happy with the service we were receiving at my current place of work. So, I looked him up and he came to our rescue. He is not only very knowledgeable about his business but his customer service skills are excellent and he is always trying to find the most economical way to get us what we want at an affordable rate.
