★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ?I went there first time to buy a heavy gold chain. Two of the store person were too busy to ask me what i was looking for ? They just ignore me as if i went there to get something for free. I left the store and bought a very beautiful chain from Surrey Gold Jewellers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got nose piercing done by Sanjay! Was absolutely pain free. I have gotten nose piercing done with needle before, and it hurt and bled so much, Sanjay used a gun however it was pain free and it is stunning. Also got some anklets from here which are beautiful. Highly recommend this store in Surrey!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and knowledgeable, excellent customer service, and amazing selection. I bought two pairs of earings for my daughters, one pair in store and one pair custom made as well as a gold chain for my son. My daughters love their earings and my son loves his chain!! I had questions about the gold and Sanjay did an excellent job on explaining how the gold was durable and at the same time flexible. I didn't feel pressured, which made the experience much more enjoyable! Will definitely be making future purchases from Bharti Art Jewellers!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to get my nose piercing last weekend while I was on vacation from Toronto, and Sanjay did an amazing job! I was super scared to get it but he did it very quickly and I didn't notice a thing. He was very calm and kind. We loved their customer service so much that we can back a couple hours later to get my mom's nose pierced as well! If you're looking to get your nose pierced, I highly recommend visiting this place. They do use a gun instead of the needle, but it turned out to be fine and in my opinion less painful. Overall great customer service, I hope to visit again next year.
