Went to shop for my sister's wedding. The collection was nice, prices are affordable and quality is great too. Overall it was great, however there was some miscommunication in the beginning but later the owner clarified it and it was great from thereon.

I would give zero stars if I could for this shop. I had placed an order about 2 months in advance of my family event. I was told I will get it before time. The owner of the shop, Jas, stopped answering my phone calls and messages. His sister, part owner, never even bothered calling me back. I made numerous stops at his shop, and he was never there. I never got my outfit and ended up not having an outfit to wear on the day of the event. Very disappointed, ,will never recommend anyone to ever go to this place. There are plenty other good shops around that actually value their clientele.

I wish I could give this “establishment” 0 stars. I got married last year in May and order 4 custom sherwanis for my brothers. At first Jas promised he would have the outfits ready within 2 weeks and would include the cost of alterations if needed. When he took my brothers measurements he was being extremely sloppy and quick. My Mom asked him to take the measurements with more care and he rudely responded “I’ve been doing this for many years.” In addition to the 4 sherwanis I also found a ready made outfit in store for my maiyaan ceremony. The top was a bit snug. Jas measured me and promised there was enough fabric inside to take out. My Mom suggested there was not but Jas insisted there was plenty. Fast forward a couple of weeks later the outfits arrived and I could not have been more disappointed. My top was tight and there was no fabric left inside for further alterations. Jas said I could exchange my outfit for another outfit in store. The problem was ALL his outfit he had in store were terribly over priced for the quality!! I was astonished at the mark up. He refused to give me a refund so I was stuck with a suit that cost me $450 made from the thinnest material you can find. The entire suit was made from fabric that was thin enough to be used as a dupata. My brothers outfits were triple their size. I expressed my concerns with Jas and he constantly repeated it wasn’t his fault. He then demanded we pay $80 extra per outfit for alterations. I was absolutely livid!! After telling him he wasn’t taking measurements properly in the first place then him asking for money for alterations I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AGAIN. JAS IS A FRAUD AND NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO RUN HIS BUSINESS. I understand most stores charge extra for alterations but Jas lied. He promised they would be included to secure our sale and later changed his story. He also fat shamed my Mom and told her he did not have suits for a “heavy woman” like her. Save your money and go else where.

This place is nice if you want to shop for weddings or pre wedding functions. The collection is simple but great as it is affordable. The services provided by the owner are also great. I got the suit that I ordered at the time which was promised by the owner. I would recommend this to everyone.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I would give zero stars if I could. The owner Jas is only after your money. Seems so nice and reliable in the beginning but once you pay he provides no service. I ordered so many outfits including bridesmaids, flower girls, brothers outfits, and my pre-wedding event outfits for my wedding last year. I made these orders in Feb.2021 for my wedding that was supposed to be July 2021. Jas said these would be ready in April and when I did not receive them I questioned many times when I would get them. There were times he stopped replying to me altogether and I had to go into store to get updates. He kept saying they’ll be here next week and then the next. Long story short Jas texted me 1 week before what was supposed to be my wedding to tell me the bridesmaids outfits were here and everything else was getting shipped next week (the wedding week). Even after going into the store to see the suits, they were made from cheap materials and not as discussed. I decided to give a small business a chance and got the the worst service. I also bought many other off the shelf outfits from him that his tailors completely destroyed and Jas did nothing about it. He refused to give any refunds. I had to go through the courts and finally got my money back by having the court garnish his bank account. Save your time and money and shop anywhere but here.

We went to jass a few times for in store shopping, and the prices are great ! I had to order a designer lehenga for my brother’s wedding which was in 2 months , not only did he get the outfits on time but we also got free alterations on our other suits . I would recommend them for bridal shopping .

I stumbled across this store and happened to find a semi-decent suit, I asked the guy working to put this suit on hold for less than 24 hours so that I could be sure that it matched the wedding colors. I came back within 24 hours only to find that he'd already put it back on the floor and was no longer holding it for me. After that he continued to be rude the entire time, and was very condescending. I didn't end up buying the suit solely based on his poor service and I won't be returning.

Me and my family went to shop for my wedding. We had to purchase lehengas, suits, bridesmaid, flower girls dresses and we had previously looked at other options and shops as well. I would say that their collection was okay but their services and pricing is what I feel is the best. We got the quality we expected and that too on time. We were in constant touch with the owner and he was very nice. We got our order on time and we were really happy that everything went well. Highly recommended.
