They lie to you about the warranty in the beginning and twist their words after.. the ladies at the front are very clever .. do not trust .. I bought diamond ring they said it has life time warranty.. next day two pearl were missing I took it back they talked so rudely and said they can’t do anything! They Keep arguing until you passed off and leave the store .Also my sister bought a gold chain which broke down in two weeks she found for the first time and get it fixed but the second time it broke down again. But couldn’t found.Such a rip off ...

Overcharged for the making charges and there is no standard charge for the making is mentioned anywhere. Invoices are hand written and no details of how much grams, days rate of gold and how much is the making etc. No standardization of rates and just have to go by what they say. For people in jewelry business, this is not professionalism. When I questioned, they are saying it is piece rate and not rate per grams, never saw gold jewels going for in that way. Never going back to this place again. For a 680$ item, there is a $250 making charge is unbelievable, it is acceptable for $10 to $12 per gram as making charge and looting around $150 in the name of making charge.
