★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is being generous. Entered the store and asked about white gold and was told there was no resell value in white gold. We were not looking for a gift for resell value, looking of a keep sake. They suggested the mall as a better candidate for us. Had a budget of $1000. Extremely rude customer service. Will never shop there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience when I went to this shop 2 weeks ago. They are very expensive and don’t really explain the prices. Their return policy is terrible and they lied about price. They gave us less gold than what we paid the deposit on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not Good. Felt like I was trapped inside. They wouldn't let me leave until I pay a deposit as a promise to come back again to buy their product. I have all the right to shop around or not buy something. I really don't like to be forced into making a decision. I was running late for my shift(work) but they wouldn't let me leave. I told them I'll come back other day but they wanted a deposit. I had to cancel my shift. I Really hate the part that they have the control for entrance and exit. Don't know if I'm ever entering a jewelry shop again. Very Disturbed with the Incident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Workmanship is horrible, went back within a month, only to hear "no guarantees". Basically after you pay its "buyers beware" if it falls apart. Their trade in is even more horrible, they want you to trade in for 25% of the price you originally paid them a month ago (no change in gold price)..theyll give you many non sensical excuses why that is. Buyers beware, dont shop here. Im waiting for the copy paste reply from owners which doesnt mean anything if they dont change their ways...its clear since many people over time have had similar issues with no change in the shops policies or behaviors. Ill paste it myself: "We are sorry that this was your experience. We are very proud of our services and our processes and it is extremely uncommon for us to receive this kind of feedback. We will take this matter seriously and promise you that it will not happen in the future. Thanks for you feedback."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid these jewelers at all cost. Very insincere to make sales. They sold these pearl gold studs for $375 (that too after bargaining) which their neighborhood store (ACC Jewelers) sold the EXACT same for $240.

Never ever go to these people.
I bought a chain yesterday and wanted to return it next day morning and they said they cant do it.
They charged me so high as rest of the people gave me the same chain 2.3 g in such a low price.
Biggestt liarssssss cheatersssssssd bullshittt people.
Highly recommend never ever go them???????????
Just cz of these people you think twice buying something expensive especially gold from them.
U should be shameful for your services.
You rip people off by charging high prices .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T EVER GO HERE! I just went there today to get my gold chain fix. I waited 15min inside. They returned my necklace and there was a gold ring missing. Before handing over the necklace I took a picture and counted the rings, there were 12. 1 GOLD RING WAS MISSING. I counted infront of them and showed them the picture of the necklace that had 12 gold rings. They went in the back and asked the jewel repair clerk information about the MISSING RING. Sales clerk said HE could not find it. THEY LOST MY GOLD RING.
