★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been bringing all three of our fur babies to Washago Vet since we moved to the area in 2013. Although we see Dr Gordon most often, every staff member in that place makes you feel like they’ve known your fur children just as long as you have and give them so much love and attention. Luna has been a bit of a patchwork puppy over the years, but I am so thrilled with her care that she’s received through her journey with her vision. I will always recommend Washago Vet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 9yr old dog collapsed from what we now think was an allergic reaction from some type of bite. At the time, we thought he was having a heart attack. He fell over, released his bowels and vomited all within 2 min. We were scared and thought he was dying. We are located 5 min from this vet however new to the area, having just moved here 3 months ago. We got the dog in the car and we’re driving there. We phoned to give them a heads up. They advised us that because he is not one of their patients, they would refuse us service as they have no open time slots.
What type of person, who took an oath to care for animals, would refuse a dog in immediate crisis?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large place. Clean outside. No people allowed inside. You bring your pet to the door. They come outside and TAKE your pet inside. Very helpful in explaining symptoms and results. Clear on condition and outcome. Explain medicine. Paper handouts for more detailed explanation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takes too long to make appointment here and when I I took my dog in she despises this place compared to the other place I usually take her
Last time she came here she came home so sick that I had to take her back to my old vet . She also had to stay overnight for 4 days in my old vet's office. Staff is somewhat congenial but I received better service at my old vet's office and they can see me right away. Always they put me on a pedestal here I don't feel like that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most kind, understanding, and helpful vet service around! Dr. Gordon is extremely knowledgable and caring. My dog actually loves visiting the vet, they do a great job making her feel welcomed and loved. I couldn't recommend Washago Vet Services enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caring staff! The vet was attentive, informative and truly loves animals. I wouldn’t dream of taking my animals elsewhere. Despite the pandemics effect on the veterinary world this clinic seems unshaken. Great place!
