The on call vet, Dr. Jacob's ignored his text completely...no contact what so ever..not even a follow up call when he did get into work at 9 am. The lady who did answer the after hours call directed my Elderly mother to drive her ripped up dog to red deer. My review is unless you have livestock dont utilize this clinic because if your pet has an after hours emergency the vet on call can just choose to ignore his calls and texts Take your business to Central Veterinary Clinic instead. No one should be treated with such disrespect when they are facing a life or death crisis a beloved family member(pet). I'd have given this place 0 stars if I had that option because that's how helpful they were when we needed help.

The vet was really helpful too, with explaining and getting my opinion on what route of medication would be more comfortable for me to give to my dog. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. I would definitely recommend them and there prices are very reasonable.

We have two intact Rottweilers so they are a bit of a handful, one unfortunately, has progressive heart disease (a DVM here had initially suspected and probably helped to add years to his life). They accommodate us for last minute appointments like ear infections, they contact us for routine care and vaccination reminders, everyone has helped to make sure Tyson’s beta blockers are ready for us, but mostly importantly they provide our boys with the best patient care. Everyone is always so friendly and so helpful. Thank you Tanya, Sianna, Brooke, Brenda, Maria, Sarah, Madison, and to Dr. Jacobson, Dr. Pierse, Dr. West and Dr. Okkema you are all amazing and we are so lucky to have great people like yourselves! *prices are also phenomenal, they also have a selection of Kong toys for the way out. Would highly recommend to everyone*
