J	Judi Corbett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great emergency care for my very scared dog. Staff were wonderful and very mindful of the fact that she is an outside, working livestock guardian and not a regular pet dog. Gabby was never nervous and very comfortable and safe feeling.

Dr. Downing and the staff were so caring and quick to take her in with no appointment. They were very compassionate and mindful of how scared she was and did everything to make her and her very worried mommy feel at ease. Not only did they help her to get on the road to recovery, but took the time to call and check up on her progress the following day and again a week later when we were back home. They forwarded all her test results to our regular vet. So very grateful for these angels. A great big thank you to Dr. Downing and the staff from Molly and her mom

During a difficult time in having to put our dog down recently, the ENTIRE staff were sympathetic, gentle, very considerate and communicated openly during the whole process. Thank you to all of you!! And we received a condolence card in the mail signed by each staff member. This was our first dealing with them and will be our pet “go to” from now on.

A	Austin Bacon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a amazing animal clinic and i would highly highly recommended! Ive used them for everything since i got my golden retriever puppy. We recently had a bad scare when my puppy swallowed something and it got stuck in his intestines and we came very close to loosing him. He was in very bad shape when we rushed him to the clinic, the staff stayed super late that night doing everything they can to save him and even came back in middle of night on their own time to check on him. They were super friendly and accomidating to our a million phone calls and questions. They also did everything at a good affordable price! I will forever bring my animals here in future!
F	Fed Up on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agreed to appointment procedure by email with attachment reply quote from clinic. Procedure changed in clinic by staff... Dog given something I did not ask for (yet)... Made to feel like I agreed to changed procedure in clinic. Looking for new clinic (unfortunately). Further clinic will make lookin after my dog financially harder and more inconvenient. Feeling trapped. But the first year was great.

Our Bear had some trouble with a porcupine this morning while at our trailer and was subsequently quilled. We are from Whitby, an hour and ten drive, and so is our Veterinarian office. We called Fenelon in a panic, understandably so, and they accommodated us immediately. They took him as soon as we arrived (11:10, 50 minutes before they close). Within minutes my husband was called with a breakdown of the procedure. He was then sedated and the quills taken out. We were given such detailed after care instructions when the procedure was completed that when asked if we had any questions, we did not. Thank you all, again, for taking such great care of our boy!!!
