★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a deckboat last week that claimed to be winterized by Weber's Marineland. My husband met and spoke with Frank at Webers when he picked up the boat. A water test was done on land using a garden hose. But Frank reassured Cezar that everything has been maintained on this boat and his marina was one of the best around.
The ad for this boat said that "everything is working as it should".
However, we encountered engine failure with white foam liquid oozing out within a few minutes of being out on the water and we had to swim and pull the boat back to our dock. When the seller of the boat and Frank at Weber's Marineland were contacted about the problem, they yelled at us stating that it happened due to operator error. My husband is a seasoned boat operator for 25+ years. We brought the boat to another marina immediately and they advised that this engine was never winterized, as claimed by the Seller and Frank at Weber's Marineland. We have provided ample opportunity and alternatives to rectify the matter, with zero response from them. We understand that mistakes happen, but their lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable to us and hope that no one else encounters a similar experience. Unfortunately, we need to replace the motor for this boat because of Weber's poor workmanship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been dealing with Frank for over 20 years. He's amazing. This top review from 'Kelly' had nothing to do with him. WE (my husband and I) sold our boat privately to Kelly's husband through kijiji, her husband put half the boat in the water (half on the ramp) and started it. He ended up flooding the engine. This review has absolutely nothing to do with Frank or the way our boat was winterized.
