S	Steve Steele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible is the only word I can use to describe the treatment I received with my family present today. I paid for a seasonal boat slip 6 weeks ago and was assigned a slip with Hydro at that time by Mark ( who's a great guy). We showed up today to put our boat in the water and dock it at our assigned slip and was met by Adriano I believe his name was who advised us that we couldn't have the slip we were assigned now could we have any Hydro and according to him, he runs that department. This man was both verbally and physically confrontational with my wife and daughter present, even all the other employees commented on his behaviour. He basically told us too bad if we didn't like it we could speak to Mark and get a refund. Mark came back from a delivery and calmed things down with Adriano even making him apologize. However we felt threatened and very uncomfortable. I'm hoping to hear back from Pride Marine to see how they deal with the issue internally.
S	Steve Barnes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had nothing but trouble this past summer. Have 38 foot with 8.2 mpl had port engine wouldn't ideal. There technician worked on it for hours and watching them I knew he didn't have a clue what he was doing. I knew one of the guys at Rosedale and took it to them they're not even a Mercury dealer and found the problem right away
D	Don Stark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful staff. Secure yard for overnight parking if you are on the canal for a few nights. Gas bar, snack bar, typical marina services, good location and maintained.
L	Lorann Ginger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massive attitudes on these people who believe they own the channel. Including the service manager. We bought our boat new from Pride and spent over 200K. We often boat by this location at a very respectful speed with little wake which is at times challenging to control and every single time some woman in a pride shirt decides she’s the channel police and very rudely screams at everybody to slow down when we are traveling slowly at 9Klm per hour in a posted 10Klm zone. If they have millions of dollars in boats them do better job protecting them with a retaining wall or get off the lake and open a dry Maria. We are getting sick and tired of the attitude with this company. When calling customer service to complian the customer services reps are also rude. This ones name is Dana. Beyond ride and argumentative and hung up on us. We will never purchase a boat from this company again. Pride believes there s#%t doesn’t stink and it’s Evident with every interaction we’ve had with this company to date. Not to mention their fuel is .10 a litre more than rosedale marina right next door. That speaks volumes to me. They also love to rip people off. Stear clear of this place literally and figuratively or they will rip your head off. Oh and don’t you dare play your music on your boat because that will also piss them off. Have fun boating my friends that read this. Okay your music loud and enjoy your summer.

They gave me a estimate a few days later and sent me pictures through email to explain what happened and talked to them over the phone. I felt confident over the phone to allow them to do the work. Karen and the mechanic Criag were great. I have not had the boat out yet but Criag assured me it ran perfect on the water. Thanks Pride Marine
D	Dr. Paul Hodges on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service leaves ALOT to be desired. Once they sell you a boat, good luck getting them to return a phone call. We have contacted them 4 times in the past 3 weeks with no response at all. If you have another option - give them your business

However the customer service provided by both Rachel and Olivia exceeded my expectations and was superb! They both took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me decide on valet service for my new boat! Rachel went above and beyond to stay late on a Friday evening to help resolve issues with the water test of my boat after the summarization was completed, so that my husband could come keep his boating lessons which were scheduled for Saturday morning. We are very happy that we choose Pride Marina Balsam Lake for our docking and servicing needs :)
