★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was about to sign a lease and as I was signing the property manager told me verbatim that my boyfriend was not allowed to spend the night, which goes directly against a tenants rights according to the LTB. As I was arguing in my defence, she denied my application.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is down town. It is very good location, 3 or 4 minutes walk to subway station and grocery store. It's quiet place to stay. There's gym in the basement plus sauna. The building is old style but very good maintenance. It my personal idea.
