Not only is this a super clean, centrally-located, well-maintained building with a beautiful garden, clean hallways, gorgeous renovated apartments that are private and with condo-quality finishings, and which you receive with a level of cleanliness where you can literally lick the floors (thanks to the wonderful custodian Adrianna), but also, something really worth mentioning is that the building managers, Vjollca and Bardhyl, are a dream team that make living here totally worth it. These two human beings are super helpful, and they will go above and beyond to make sure that any maintenance or neighbourly request from the tenant it taken care of asap, with the same level of seriousness as if it were their own problem. To find building managers who treat their tenants like family, and who are both professional and empathetic, is a rare sight these days. Thank you Vjollca and Bardhyl for making sure that the tenants are happy and well taken care of. It is people like you who make living in this big city worth it. Thank you for making this building feel like a big family.

The physical aspects are good: the building is well located, clean. The building is safe. However, the attitude of the in-house managers is poor. Every interaction is an intrusion. The office is often closed mid-day. They do nothing to create a feeling of a residential community. High turn over.

I love living at 20 Prince Arthur. Mostly because they have the best mangers. Bardyl and Vjollica have always been available and kind when I require assistance. The best part is that I feel I can rely on them not only as managers but also has neighbours and friends.

This building has become party central and a nuisance to the neighbourhood. There has been an apartment on the north side of the building on the 12th floor, it is the end apartment at the east end of the building and they have been screaming and yelling from their balcony into the entire neighbourhood all weekend. These people have been a nuisance forever and we had to leave our homes and walk over to the building to figure out where they are. This building is bringing down the entire neighbourhood and we encourage the management of this building to enforce respectful conduct upon their residents. I discourage anyone from moving into this building if they want to live in a civilized place.

My partner and I lived at 20 Prince Arthur for two years, and have generally only positive things to say about our experience. We lived in a renovated one bedroom apartment, and it was perfect for what we wanted. The location is a perfect with access to both the Bloor and University subway lines. It is within walking distance to tons of amenities in the Annex and Yorkville. With regards to the building, it is certainly older but Hollyburn has done a great job maintaining it. The building managers Bardhyl /Vjollca were always responsive to our needs and accommodating! If the apartment ever needed anything, they were always attentive including replacing our dishwasher twice in two years without reservation, and helping with an important Amazon delivery (baby crib!) that we missed. The greenspace beside the building and underground parking were great, and the landscaping on the property was always beautiful to have! Anyone with a dog will appreciate the large greenspace attached to the building. As far as buildings go in the downtown core, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a simple apartment in a great location at affordable rates with good management. We will be sad to leave our little apartment at 20 Prince Arthur Ave :)

I have lived at this location for years. I have enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of the community that one experiences here, at 20 Prince Arthur Avenue, most neighbours are friendly and respectful. In addition, I must admit that the building’s management team is the absolute winning couple, Vjollca and Bardhyl, look after this building as though it was their own home. It is not common for superintendents to have such passion and commitment at their work place. Here, however… they are the example for others to follow.

This is a great building with renovated apartments, spacious and full of light and the perfect location for people who work downtown and enjoy nice bars and restaurants. The water-fountain in the garden, the lovely breeze during the summer make this a perfect place to spend some quiet time on summer evenings. The lobby and hallways are always clean and organized. The building managers Bardhi and Vjollca live in the building and are always available to help with small and big concerns. They are knowledgeable, practical and fast problem solvers with many years of experience. I would recommend this building to anyone.

I have been living In this building for the past two years. Living on the top floor of this older building has presented a few challenges. Various noise-related issues have resulted from the rooftop mechanical room. These were quickly resolved to my utmost satisfaction by the friendly and approachable building resident managers, Bardhyl and Vjollca. Any other issues that I had with the unit were attended to in a timely manner. It’s a wonderful neighborhood, fabulous building, nice neighbours and a spectacular view.
