★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building managers (especially the woman) is rude and not cooperative.
They don't care about the tenants' requests.
Also, the building is located in a noisy neighborhood. The noise starts as early as 7:00 am everyday (Lawn mowing and leaf blowing every day!!!). Then construction, and finally some irrespective neighbors.
If you are looking for a peaceful place to live, ignore 153 St George as well as 151St George and 149 St George.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know why everyone else has had such a bad experience. whenever I have emailed the manager with serious or small requests they have always gotten back to me within A more than reasonable amount of time and often call to confirm that the solution was effective!
To those who have had issues try emailing!
Ps. Like the other reviewer‘s I have had some issues with noise extremely early in the morning starting @7am - while the city does allow this, it’s not cool considering how much we all pay. Change it and you got a 5 star from me
