★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The application process for their units is a joke - they make you sign a lease and submit a deposit just for the initial application. At the same time, they happily take multiple applications per unit, without telling the applicants if they are first in line or not. This means that applying to their units prevents you from applying to any other units, only to get declined because someone else's application was further ahead, wasting multiple days and potentially missing out on other properties.
The units on the inside look decent, but if you look closely and shine a light in the central air grates you can see black mold and dust that's practically never been cleaned up.
