Can't beat the location, with three subway stops in walking distance. The renovated suites are beautiful and my apartment had an incredible view. Moving in and out was super easy and the staff makes the living experience a joy.
M	Madhur Goyal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great and the units are spacious but you can hear the traffic on Bay street quite a bit. The fixtures are dated but the supers do repairs promptly. The building lacks a concierge and packages are often left in the mailroom and can easily be stolen. The pool has not been functional since I have moved in and no timeline has been provided on the repairs for months. There are a lot of dogs in the building and since noise travels a lot throughout the building, you can hear the barking through the day.

It is rare to find a building where the staff are so committed to developing a sense of community. Their efforts make 57 Charles at Bay feel like a true home, no matter how long one is there for.

Just to name the positive aspects: 1) Extremely responsive staff. Whenever I had a maintenance issue, mailing issue, or any other concerns, I would hear back ASAP and with concrete actions. 2) Building amenities- the gym facility and pool were always in optimal conditions and fit all my personal needs. 3) My neighbors were excellent, very respectful, kind and embracing towards the 57 Charles at Bay community. 4) Being a newcomer to Toronto, I cant think of a better location that 57 Charles at Bay. In the heart of Yorkville, there is so many things to do, restaurants, parks, University of Toronto etc. The experience of living in this neighborhood just made my experience ever better. I am very happy to live in this building and highly recommend this property.

He treats all family members sincerely and advises while we had difficulty settling down in a big city. On top of his warm heart, his excellent skills in managing the whole building make us comfortable and safe in this building. Under his attentive care, I relied on him so much. I appreciate all his effort and generosity.

We stayed at this building for over an year and we never had or have any complains. The maintenance is super quick, you submit work orders and they take care of it on the very same day. Very thankful to the property managers, Sue, Arnold and all the staff for their outstanding service. If you are new and don’t know where to stay, give it a shot here and you would never regret. Everything is at walking distance, you name it and it’s at your vicinity. We loved our stay there and given a chance we will surely stay there again!
