When I went to pick up prints I ordered online, it was no where to be found and I was told to leave my contact info and will be contacted if they find it. The next day I received a call telling me they have not received my order and was probably in delivery still, I checked the tracking information after and it verified that a Debbie had taken in the shipment, so I had my brother call walmart again and they told him they found the order. I went to walmart to pick it up and they couldn't find it again. A lady that was there the previous night came and told me they never got my order and I need to be patient and wait a couple days, but it clearly says on the tracking it was delivered 4 days ago, if they didn't have it now why would it show up later. Nobody said anything or didn't know when I asked if thre was a Debbie that works there, because if they can confirm there's a debbie that was on shift that day they would know the package arrived. Also the lady that told my brother it was disappeared altogether too. Overall their attitude was very poor, it was clear they had lost the package but nobody wanted to take the responsibility to even apologize and redirect me to call center, everyone was making excuses about never receiving the order, that the tracking was wrong, not even once acknowledge that maybe it was lost by an employee. Really unpleasant experience, probably wont ever order photos from here again
