★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Incompetent and unfriendly staff. Went to the store to purchase 15 feet of steel cable. The sales representative in hardware did not know how to cut the cable.. I ended up getting a tape measure from the shelf, marked the cable, cut it and tagged it myself. Then I wanted to purchase a swaging tool that had shown in stock online. . Asked the clerk for help to find the tool , the clerk found it but said they would not sell it as they needed it in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst store ever. I would go to either Lowes or Rona. I do not even want one star. Ordered major appliances 3months ago and i did not get it yet. They have all the excuses that does not make any sense. They should have worked proactively and they never do such thing. They are very irresponsible, the worst service. They have no courtesy to say sorry or to give a call for change of schedule or delivery.
Worst store, don't every buy any appliances here

He was absolutely fantastic in both customer service and knowledge!
The only reason we didn’t purchase from you was due to the fact there was none available immediately and due to many factors it would be a couple of weeks delivery time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service never answers the phone, appliance team is horrible. I called 7 times and they hang up on you mid way through each conversation and do not attempt to call you back.
My mother purchased a dishwasher , took 6 months to arrive. Wrong unit arrived , installer could not install it.
Here we are in Jan 2022 trying to return a dishwasher purchased in august 2021. Terrible service. I cannot comprehend the manner in which the customer service team conducts themselves at the Home Depot.
Do not shop here for appliances, please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 star customer service by a old guy named James from tool rental department! Please I mean please ask him to stay home. I rent a compactor yesterday. Showed up returning it today, they didn’t mention the extra charge which is the some damage protection. I told them I never been told this was part of the deal. Then all of sudden this James guy jumped in trying to argue with me ( I was talking to the other guy who was helping me, this James guy was hiding behind the computer didn’t want to help customer but jumped in right away when he heard there is a argument going on, great!) then he was pulling that “ oh it’s just the part of the charge, everyone pays, and you signed it already”. Really? You guys doing this scam tricks even with tool rental department? I mean the guy can’t even lift a 30 lbs tool, why is he still working there? No transparency and try to take an advantage by me trust you guys with a quick signature? They mentioned tool needs to be returned clean and filled up with gas which I did, but not a word on extra charge? For real? If this is a sales department, get some proper training at least. “ oh you signed the paper “. Right
