★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband was in your store Wednesday later evening November 26, he was looking for chip dip that was on sale and was not on shelf. He approached a dairy associate who came out of back room with milk on his cart and he asked him if there was stock in back room. The associate completely ignored him so my husband asked a second time and was ignored again. My husband was unsure as why someone would be so ignorant so he approached the associate and advised him that his lack of service was the worst he has every received from any retail associate. The associate was really was not concerned but then tried to help him ( he probably was the manager on duty as there was no one else but a cashier and security guardrail) He did have an amazing security guard come ask if there was an issue and tried to resolve issue but my husband was extremely frustrated and left.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I went to get a flu shot after filling out the online consent form ahead of time. The website said they had stock and walk-ins were available. But when I got there, the shopper's pharmacy person said only appointment based vaccinations were available (no walk-ins) and the "website isn't working and there is nothing we can do about it" and then shrugged his shoulders apologizing. Didn't seem like there was any chance that this was going to change soon and it sucks that the whole setup doesn't respect customer's time :(. If the system is seemingly broken for a while, maybe... Fix it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was no line and the store was pretty empty, yet a cashier would not serve me if paying by credit card. I was directed to the self checkouts. I told the cashier that I hate those things, yet she still directed me to the machine. I tried using the self checkouts, it failed - no surprise as the self checkouts NEVER work properly when you try to collect points and seem to freeze up.
I left my items and walked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just finished shopping at this shoppers. again no cashier and forced to use kiosks. another customer wanted to buy bus tickets, no cashier in site or means to get a cashier. if this is the way you get service, \i will use another shoppers. very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were no cashiers at check out. Don't know why we are forced to use the kiosks. Stood in line for 15 mins and both signs read closed. When enquired from staff what was the reason for the closed counter. She shared that the check-out was used for cash or to purchase bus tickets.
I can't imagine why would they not allow customers to choose how they wish to pay for their purchases. Poor customer services or removing humans and replacing workers with self-checkouts.
I didn't even get my PC points at the self-serve. Won't be choosing this location in the future.
