Everything was cold - fries, cauliflower bites, soup - burger bun was hard and the cheese was unmelted, and the staff was no where to be found! Worst BP experience I’ve ever had and I will not be visiting this location again.

Most delicious meals I would say I have ever had. Chicken is cooked perfectly, and the fries are peak. Very tasty food.

Such a bad experience I have I ordered nachos and what they sent me was chips with almost no veggies and cheese. When I call them to complain about it, the guy named Jason told me we will send u a free nachos next time. They were closing in couple minutes at that day. Jason said he will put it on my profile. So when I call them to order it today, Jordan told me that he is the manger and can’t do anything. Such a rude customer service. I paid $25 to just get chips. What the guy Jason did was just lying about it. Jordan the manager have nothing to do. He can’t even talk to his employee Jason. Very bad experience and never ordering from these guys.

We normally love BPs but our burgers yesterday had rotten lettuce in it. The edges were yellow and it was very limp and sad. It really brought down the meal for us but like I said it's normally great. I just don't know what happened here as we have high expectations of food preparation and they are usually met.

Service was pleasant, and still felt valued despite them being rather busy. However, the new Honey Dill Chicken Sandwich was, frankly, McDonalds level (and I don't say that to be complimentary to the golden arches). Pretty much flavourless and weirdly moist. It was bad, and that isn't even taking into account the rather crazy price (~$18).

Only great things to say about our experience this weekend with our hockey team. They put together a room for us at very short notice and did an expert job of serving--friendly, efficient, and fast! Thanks BPs!

Impressed. Place was fairly busy and waited a bit long till our waitress came and we could order but no so long we felt like we’d been forgotten and it was still very decent considering how full the place was. Wings were hot and tasty, pizza was perfect and didn’t have to wait long for it at all. At one point I ran out of drink and was wanting a refill. She wasn’t ignoring us at all she was often checking up but I was eating hot wings and just happened to be between visits that I ran out. (I hate nagging waitresses when they walk by it’s not bad to do it I don’t think but it just feels rude) I caught our waitresses eye (who was very busy) and 10 seconds later she was there with a refill without me even asking. Insane service. Very friendly waitress and polite and genuinely nice. I’m a young guy with heart issues in town for some appointments and she asked what we were in the city for and I told her and she was wishing me the best and said she was hoping everything went well and it didn’t seem at all shallow, rather seemed like she was a genuinely caring person, who was doing her job and going above and beyond the requirements. Makes me want to work on being more unselfish and caring too. The whole experience made my day. Thank you and I hope to be back

For my Birthday I requested the Parmesan Shrimp Alfredo, but with the "bug and cheese" pasta, because I love bugs. They kindly substituted, and it absolutely madevmy day so much better!! Thank you, staff!! ☺️??
