β β β β β Nowadays you need to upload passport photos to online postal. This place charges an extra $10 +taxes to take a passport photo and save it in a pen drive. You need to buy a 4GB pen drive from them for $10 even if you bring a pen drive. Nobody charges $10 for a 4GB pen drive even if I buy a pen drive from this shop. Altogether it costs $29.99 + taxes ($19.99 for photo + $10 for 4GB pen drive). I'm sure this $10 +taxes goes to the photographer's pocket. Anyway, everybody is having a hard time during this time pandemic and should do your business ethically. I guess the management should aware of these extra charges and should prevent them from happening again.

You need to be more respectful for your customers I will tell all my friends about my bad experience that I have it in your shop.
I have talked to the supervisor over there and he is really disrespectful he has tattoo in his right hand.
There was 2 kids walked around they tell them I fell really bad just to be an adult like you guys.
This is my experience in that bad shop.

β β β β β Usually don't have any issues at this location, but this past week, the pharmacist or technician who was working was terrible. He made mistakes with prescriptions, with insurance coverage, he was impolite, and didn't apologize for his errors. I'll be switching my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

β β β β β Security is always very racially profiling towards my girlfriend who is indigenous. They always follow her around the store when she damn well knows she is the only native person in there. Makes us feel very uncomfortable when trying to shop for things we need. Afterwards, I tried calling to speak to a manager but nobody answered. We come to this location very often but the security always make us feel very uncomfortable.

β β β β β Feels quite bad about the med counter.
Staffs are rude, waiting line was ridiculous, there were people standing outside the line filing long sheets, and the rest had to wait after they finished, while the staff was just wondering in the counter. (glad they did finish those sheet)
Also the need much much longer to prepare the med. Will not trust shoppers med counter anymore.
Others staffs were well well nice and helpful, all stars for they, and zero for the med staffs.

β β β β β Hi just went today for buying some cosmetics and I found a wonderful lady β Zahidaβ . She literally walk me through the whole collection and help me buy cosmetics for my mother . Let me tell you I donβt know anything about any cosmetic but she explained each and every item and their uses. She kept me in my budget and still manage to gave me the best product of the store. She was also managing other customers while helping me out which was a great customer managing skills I noticed and I never felt left alone for a second. To everyone make sure you buy from her .

β β β β β The hospital sent them the prescription a day before the discharge so thereβs no missed dose. It was not filled as the pharmacist was not able to read the dose written clearly on the discharge sheet. Which I showed her that itβs right there. So the dose was missed. Then they gave the prescription only for a week while it is for 30 days. I called in 2 days ahead of for a refill but it was still not filled/ordered. And they didnβt call me to notify about it. I called to double check if itβs been ordered or not. Now thereβs no medicine available till Monday as itβs a long weekend. I asked them to look if other pharmacies have it. She told me to call myself. Weβve been with this pharmacy for over 11 years. The people who were running this before were always ahead of everything. This new management, specially this new pharmacist doesnβt know how to do the stuff. Iβm so frustrated with them. Moving all my familyβs prescription somewhere else.
