β β β β β I was here today with my girlfriend for an Xray, I found the front office lady to be selectively nice, had a bit of an attitude and and was far from friendly. I Don't expect everyone to be nice and friendly but when you are seating of at the front desk, dealing with a diverse range of clients you have to put up at least a cheerful persona not an annoying, and racist countenance.

β β β β β This is a fantastic little radiology office! The staff are super friendly and helpful. I don't know if they really offer any other medical or diagnostic services here but in terms of getting x-rays on short notice they did a gret job. The folks at the desk were friendly and efficient, it started out the paperwork to have my x-rays sent to my regular doctor. The wait time was very short and the process itself was really quick. They also had a comfortable area for you to change into a medical robe for your X-ray.

β β β β β This radiology clinic needs to respect the privacy of their patients and not discuss them after they leave. If a patient has a grievance or a complaint and has written one down, it is not for the staff/receptionist to throw it away or even read them. Every suggestion and every complaint matters and needs to be taken into account. We are ready to understand that in times of COVID it is difficult to address every concern but if an individual supporting a disabled person has a concern, the staff is supposed to respect that, not gossip about it and certainly NOT THROW IT AWAY. Respect your clients and their privacy. I hope this review would be addressed appropriately and taken into consideration. Thank You.

β β β β β Pathetic front desk person. Doesnβt know how to speak to human. Really selecting people whomsoever she wants to talk with Kindness. So so so rude.. I am so glad that my son was not with me to see thatβs how this front desk person in Winnipeg can talk.. I wonder why she acted the way she acted after finding my last nameβ¦.RACIST no 1

β β β β β It seems like Front desk lady has some mental issues. She was rude and in kinda pathetic manner. My personal observation says no one from this clinic actually care about what patients or visitors think or experienced about her as situation is still same. Probably thats reason the person on front desk can behave like this. Hopefully she get well soon and not ruining someone s day.
