However, her office staff on Oembina are the worse! if you want get worse customer service, be lied to, be ripped off on money and treated like a fool then feel free to attend Pembina location. My glasses lasted three months before screws fells out and no no way will go there to fix it! I was told i cannot buy lenses unless i do fitting which is $50. So i did that, and after 5 hrs of wearing them post my fitting appointment thats what my eyes looked like! I was in excruciating pain! Like someone rubbed my eyes with sand. They must have given me some old garbage. They will avoid giving u your Prescription by all means just so u buy from them. They will speak badly of you in front of u, they will mess up ur appointment time and blame it on you. Best to avoid the staff working there and go see dr holodniak at an other office if theres such option.

I called to see what time they were open until and I said I would never make it there in time and would have to try another day. The lady asked how far I was away. The store was closed in 10 minutes and I was about 40 minutes away. She said, No Problem. I’ll wait for you to get here. That is AMAZING SERVICE!! It’s hard to find that kind of service. I wish I would have had your name , but thank you very much! Todd

It literally feels like you have been going there for years and you had known everyone forever. As much as there is a definite sense of professionalism, it’s not the kinda stiff somewhat intimidating kind, it’s the fun relaxing comfortable kind and I appreciate this atmosphere and the team creating this very much. Without any hesitation, I would strongly recommend making your appointments here, you won’t be disappointed.
