Good place to buy most of the goods under one roof

it's OK, stock isn't so great for some things bur usually good for most . it's the workers sometimes that are cranky and unhelpful, especially in electronic section found the person not sure of gender very rude when I was very polite and watched this person treat another customer ignorantly and I RARELY ever give negative feedback unless it's pretty bad!

It's not as big as the one in Trail but it's pretty good. It's located in Chako Mika Mall which has a small food court so I like to shop @ Walmart & go to A & W for a milkshake.

Great departmental store with friendly staffs and strong customer service. Employees at the garden center are super nice and helpful. The whole store is very clean and organized.

Its a typical Wal-Mart, except the employees here were too busy to get help from & Im guessing the understaffing was part of the problem & many were ESL, I have no problem with people from other countries, but if you are going to live here I think they should learn how to be nice, not just the language. Unfortunately, I've had a lot of bad experiences. Being Canadian shouldn't mean just learning the language but our culture & customs. Anyway, shelves were fully stocked & it wasn't particularly busy so social distancing was easy to do.

Do not trust the in store advertised prices they are often wrong the staff will wait until you checkout then approach you "explaining" YOUR mistake using their barcode. You either pay more or stand in line to get refunded. Don't bother calling customer service they direct you to an email address that's not monitored other help email addresses return undeliverable There is no customer service no complaint line regardless of their advertising the prices on items in this store are notoriously wrong almost every visit your charged double for an item more than the shelf price. They will sight tiny hand written initials on barcodes dictating sale rules your supposed to see Instead of honoring the price they make you the bad guy and while you stand at customer service they send an employee to go fix the mistake very shady For instance sign says $3.97 over wrapped flats of sports drink the barcode on the outside says $3.97 it scans through you pay and then you are stopped like a shoplifter because you were supposed to know it was $3.97 for 4 Mary Elizabeth will be sure to point out your error as she treats you like a criminal while her employee runs back to do his job albeit to late. Never mind the employee saw you check the price on their price checker (twice to be sure) walk to the checkout, pay while he and a supervisor stand and watch, get the receipt then as your about to leave nail you like a common criminal. This stores customer service is abysmal, their phone complaint line forces you to an e-mail address that's a dead end so its the ultimate flip off Dont shop here

I buy kids clothing there since it's much cheaper than in other stores or even secondhand. It's better, especially when they have sale or clearance..kids do grow fast so I find Walmart easier for this kind of things

Bad experiences continue:: I have tried to support Nelson's Walmart, - Try to return a product purchased from a different Walmart, now that's an adventure even with receipt it's often refused. It's apparent they trust no one. My mom was asked to leave because she had a soft drink in the clothing department. The last 5 years has taken its toll on this store. Im happy to drive an extra hour to Trail Walmart. They are good people!
