★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place in down town Nelson to pick up fee groceries, or get a quick bite to eat. My spouse loves their selection of natural toothpastes and deodorants. Don't forget to check out their cheese section: they have some "mini" pre-wrapped cheese pieces if you want to buy a small amount to try at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kicking people out of the store for not wearing a mask as if they’re the law lol. Call the cops. They don’t care so why do they think it their right? They are breaking many laws according to the Canadian constitutional rights act. The cops can’t do anything because it is against the constitutional rights. Yet some store workers are brave enough to breech that??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Kootenay Coop is a great place to catch up with friends, though it's been difficult to socialize in public during the pandemic. There is ample outdoor seating along the west edge of coop parking, and I've heard rumors of ad-on outdoor seating area for the Cafe, which will overlook Vernon Street.
The staff is friendly and helpful too!
