I bought a Jamaican pattie for lunch 6 in the pack for $6 dollars and it was delicious, I didn't see a line at the cash register, easy check out

Since moving to Grimsby, 6yrs ago, I have been so pleased with RCSS. Big shout out to management and staff. You keep your store clean, quality & range of products are what you need, staff is friendly and always offer a smooth price matching experience. Very grateful for RCSS.
L	Lauren K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best grocery store in the area! I have been going to this superstore for years. Today when I arrived at my car one of the cart guys, JJ, assisted me in returning my cart. I had my one year old son with me so he noticed I was struggling and offered to help! So nice :)

N	Nicole Cacilhas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed. The one in St Catharines is really nice. I stopped in to grab a few things since I'm in the area. I did self checkout and there's no bags. I have a toddler and there is one staff member assisting 6 people at once. Why not be like every other store and have the question do you need bags/how many bags did you use on checkout? Really? This is ridiculous. Finally when the staff member was available I told her there were no bags at my checkout, and she says because you have to ask for them and pay for them (then why isn't there an option on checkout like every other loblaws). They should hire more staff to work self checkout then if they're expecting 6 people needing bags to wait around for someone. If you're going to operate your self checkout like this then there's a need for more staff which is probably besides the point of the self checkout.
K	Kim Kirchner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Specific experience with meat trimming. Come on, don't hide the extra skin under the piece of chicken that wasn't properly trimmed! What is the consumer supposed to do with a pound of skin that you should have trimmed? Extra cost and nonsense to the customer. Keep the excess skin for yourself!
M	Micke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a 4 star when there's fresh produce and good sales, but otherwise 3 stars. Lots of parking, lots of food selection, and lots of space to shop. I've never had to wait too long at the check outs. However, I've gotten some disappointing produce and fish here before, and some of the prices are ridiculous. Decent. Will return.
