★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the store on this weekend and Sagar was helping me to find out a smartwatch. His customer service was fantastic. I bought a series 7 Apple watch from him and I love it. He was trying to explain me about Bell phone plan, and gave me a good deal for I phone 13 pro. I am on Telus currently and I will come in a month or two to switch to Bell. I liked the way he was explaining me and he is too funny. Thank you for your excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting experience at the store. I was in the store to buy a speaker and the sales guy Teyo was so pushy. He was trying to sell me a phone plan even though I told him that I don't need one. Please sell the thing that customer needs, not what you want to sell. I did not like the way he was pushing me to buy a phone from him. When I told him no he disrespected me by giving me rude look. I would request the company to hire good professional staff not someone like Teyo.
If I would have a choice, I would have given no stars to him. So disappointed.

Taio the sales rep helped me set up the new phone with all my contacts and apps. The sales team at the source were very knowledgeable and patient.
