★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shout out to the The Source Team Grimsby, specifically Rudy who helped me pick out a great bluetooth speaker. (JBL - great price and awesome range and sound) He took his time and was great at demonstrating its capabilities - we tested its range; while I played music Rudy walked away across the parking lot, talk about awesome customer service! Amazing! He was polite, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in this location a few times and when I have come in I have always been greeted by an employee named sahib. He always takes the time to ask me how my days going and even goes above and beyond to get to know me! One of the best customer experiences I have had in my life and he always makes sure I am serviced and walk out of there with exactly what I need. It’s hard to find such good customer service traits these days but sahib deserves a 5 rating.
