When you have staff working at a store that are consistently rude, ill mannered and unpleasant to be around, you have to ask yourself, why would I bother giving them business?! Today was the last straw for me. I asked to do a very basic exchange that followed the guidelines to the return policy. Rather then adhering to that, the cashier was condescending and out right rude to me. I felt uncomfortable and belittled. It took 3 associates to decide whether my exchange was valid or not. I felt bullied and uncomfortable from start to finish. One of the worst experiences I have had. I likely won't return to the store. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
D	Dani Mih on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to refill a prescription at shoppers and the prescription needed approval from the pharmacist because it was early refill by a few days. One of the pharmacy techs (blonde, older lady) said she had to confirm with the pharmacist. I proceeded to wait 30 minutes with no updates about it, until the pharmacist came over and asked, "are you waiting for something?"... no one even brought up my prescription to him. He coerced the tech to fill it once he found out, and she still took another 10 minutes. He asked "where's the prescription" and she said "I'm trying" and then went for a smoke break mid-fill. He ended up filling it himself. Horrible service. Ruined my night.

Not only does she have oatience like an angel, especially with the intolerable, she is an expert in cosmetics. She helped me immensely and I will be going back to the location for sure, because of her.

Consistent customer service that goes above and beyond my expectations. The staff is always welcoming and helpful with any questions you have. Carrie is an absolute gem! I would definitely recommend this Shoppers over any other when buying health & beauty products!

A	Aly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved to this pharmacy a couple months ago, the pharmacist has been helpful in recommending off the shelf products for my needs. When filling prescriptions, we've had a positive experience. Recently, I phoned to have a prescription refilled, needed it same day and delivered since we had Covid. The technician told me the driver was busy but they'd speak with him and see if it was possible... and a few hours later the precription arrived. I am very thankful they were so accomidating.
