★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fact patrons like Joanne Jordan are trying to discredit my experience is truly disgusting, If this experience i've had wasn't disgusting enough already.
Diane the laser technician was the worst experience I have ever dealt with in a professional setting. She was yelling, demeaning, and disregarded my concerns constantly the whole time I was there.
She also slammed her hands on the bed violently two times consecutively inches from my head as my eyes were covered and I was receiving treatment all the while yelling at me.
Not only do I feel like a completely disrespected and disregarded client, but I also feel borderline physically attacked all the while I am vulnerable lying on a spa bed with my eyes covered closed.
Very very bad service and experience. Do not go here for laser hair removal.
People like this should not work in this field, let alone work at all..
The receptionist was very kind and respectful though.

I’ve had MANY treatments for several years by Diane the laser technician and can only speak very highly about her. My experiences with her have always been gratifying, and I believe money well spent. I’ve never found her to be anything but respectful, kind, knowledgeable and very professional. I look forward to many more years of experiencing her expertise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never in my life been treated so well during a pedicure as I was with Jaylene at SkinBliss Medi Spa.
It had been a rough few months, I guess I didn’t even know what I needed until walking into Jaylene’s room. She made me feel instantly welcomed, comfortable and safe. It was my first experience laying back on a spa bed while getting a pedi and let me say… that was incredibly relaxing. She had separate floor lamps focused in on my feet so the lights in the room were dimmed which was lovely to experience.
This treatment was different to any other I’ve had. The care taken, the precision of craft (because all aesthetic arts are crafts, don’t let those quick fix in & out places throw you off), and the sensitivity to my needs was exceptional! I was so relaxed I even started to snore & woke myself up - I mean that’s a first!
Anyways, I know this is a long review but it’s just because I haven’t been so impressed by a service in such a long time. It honestly went way beyond a pedicure (which was excellent! so was her massage! omg!!) and felt like a wellness session.
Thank you Jaylene!! You’re ALL kinds of amazing! I’ll be seeing you again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with Joanne Jordan. Diane is amazing and did a great job with improving my face. She is professional, kind, caring and good at what she does ❤ You can tell she is not there to mislead or get you to spend more money then you have to. She also does every job throughly and goes beyond for her customers compared to another lady I have seen there not going to name names to bring people down.. but she did not do near of a good job as Diane and didn't do the job as throughly which disappointed me... but I would say that is more of a personal matter to name names. Such a shame that a lady felt the need to let everyone know on the reviews her personal name instead of just dealing with it in a more personal matter with the boss at Skin Bliss or named anonymously.. like the lady said herself all experiences are different and who is to say there isn't another side to it... it is not just one sided.
