K	Kelly Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to an event the other weekend, called a cab to pick me and 2 friends up. To our surprise there was a passenger in the front seat + the cab driver. The 3 of us piled into the back of the cab, and thought maybe the other woman would get out. This was not the case. It was very apparent that the woman was the cab drivers girlfriend/ friend of some sort..... We all put our masks on because.. you know... covid?? why this complete stranger took a ride with us all the way home and none of our costs were covered by her..... pretty unprofessional if you ask me.

Rushing an 89 year old man en route to Mountain Lakes, because the cab driver said he’s “not making money sitting here” while waiting for the senior to get into his trash cab. Absolutely brutal. I wish I could have chatted more with that slob driver when he wasn’t working.

P	Purple Angel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once in awhile the cab just doesn't show up but Nelson is a very busy place. I think if they were able to have a couple extra drivers on standby it wouldn't happen. Otherwise I have no complaints. The driver's are friendly and have a good knowledge of the Nelson street layout.

The call with the operator was confusing, I think they use a radio and couldn’t tell once they had hungup. But the driver showed up super quick (under the estimate) and was such a lovely fellow! We had a nice chat, he was very personable!
S	Steven Relf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow and un reliable. They run a monopoly in Nelson and aren't great. Sometimes they show up right away other times they take twice the time to show up. They also won't call you when they show up because they only work on radios. Really sad

Called to ask if someone is coming to get us from our location because I’d like to cancel the ride and save the driver from the hassle but I got yelled at for asking. I want to think it’s the stress from the Christmas rush but the driver was rude
