The wireless booth I Always go to when I have a problem big or small they are so helpful.
Gabby is so patient with me.she goes out of her way to inform and enlighten me on my cellphone package. I have been going 3 to 4 years and it's been a great pleasure coming to Costco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No was not helpful at all. I had an appointment and because they were busy my issue wasn’t important because I already bought my phone I guess. In there 3 times for help. Too busy to get a number then tonight I do and wait around and no help. The lady who served me before said to come Wed morning and she will help me. I guess my time is not valuable. I was very disappointed in Mo because he wasn’t making commission? The phone staff always have been great till tonight.

He was knowledgeable and pleasant and was able to provide us with the best pricing and plan we’ve ever been offered. We will never go anywhere else for our cell phone purchases and upgrades again! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gabby at costco is the Best. I'm not the best when I have problems with the phones.She always looks after us. We buy all our phones from her She give us the Best information when we check out plans. My phone quit working due to network error she fixed it. Love the Service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flawless service. Every time we are due for new phones, we head over and see Phil. We are treated fantastic. He is always helpful with options and finding us the best possible deal. His level of customer service is unmatched. If we could give 10 starts we would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the kiosk on December 26. Spent in the line up 1 hour and 40 min. During that time I watched all the 3 people working in the kiosk dealing with customers. Some of the customers took 1 hour ...we people waiting in the line up were getting flustered but employees of Wireless kiosk were very polite and patient. .
I was not able to get the phone on that day because they had only 2 for Fido, and when was almost my time o be served those two phones were gone....
I was able to get the phone in the next day.
Philip was very helpful.
