I always end up waiting over 2 hours which is ridiculous and is obviously a constant problem with the clinic management skills and team. The doctor whom I have visited however(male) is very knowledgeable, but honestly it is not worth sitting and waiting for a doctor for over 2 hours with a child, especially when you are told it will be an hour. Seriously the office needs to have better management even with consideration that some appointments go over the time. Especially with my son that had ADHD, seems like the only care is to squeeze as many patients as they can for the day. So fed up with the management. However I highly doubt that this issue will ever be taken care of, but just letting anyone know that has kids to not believe the time you will be waiting to see the doctor, ALWAYS wrong information about the timing to make you stay. Worst clinic by far, and I have been to over 15 different clinics. The staff is just terrible.
E	Elshimaa Abdelhafiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Siva is a very nice caring doctor. He takes my complaints seriously and give me enough time to express my case. However, the receptionists at the front desk are very rude and don’t know how to communicate nicely with their patients.
B	Bernardine Lewis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient of Dr. Brian Chan for a few years and have been coming to this clinic since he moved here. I have always been very happy with the service I and my family have received from Dr. Chan and all the staff at this location. Dr. Chan really cares about his patients. Today as I was sitting in the waiting room a woman in a wheelchair came in and approached the desk. After talking to the receptionist for a few minutes all of a sudden she started yelling at both her and Satie who were just trying their best to help her. She was being down right belligerent to them. I felt so sorry for both of them. She was telling them they were rude, she wouldn't let them finish their sentences before she was yelling at them "Don't you speak English!" Everyone in the waiting room was looking at her. Then she demanded to speak to their manager, then she demanded to speak to Dr. Siva and I guess Dr. Siva must have come out of one of the exam rooms because the next thing she was moving her wheelchair saying "Dr. Siva I need to speak to you". I think that both Satie and the other girl handled themselves as best as they could under the circumstances.

I was looking for a walk in clinic that would be open after 7pm as I was sick and do not finish work until 7pm. I called the clinic and asked them if they were taking walk-ins on this day... the lady told me that they were taking walk-ins between 6:30-8:30pm. I spent so much time traveling to this location and once i got there (around 7:15pm), the receptionist informed me that they were NOT taking anyone and that the walk-in doctor had left EARLY that day because they didnt think anyone would show up. I was very disappointed... how could they let the doctor leave when I had just spoke to them on the phone an hour ago and told them that I was coming between 7-7:30pm. I WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE... behind me were about 5-6 other patients who traveled all the way to this location for an appointment who were also furious and disappointed. This is NOT the first time this has happened to my family. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a walk-in appointment.
S	Siddharth Shah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management ever. Receptionists are very rude. I went there because wife had infection in the eye. We were told that our family physician Siva is on vacation so we can see another doctor as a walk-in. They open at 9:00 and we reach there 9:05am. There were only 2 patients waiting but when I ask receptionist she told me there are 4 ahead of us after and wait of almost 1 hour. We had to leave the clinic and see some other doctor. She told us day before that we only take walk-in until 1pm. But today she told us you are not doctor Chag's patient so we cant book your appointment. In the case of our family physician is not available, who will take the responsibility? Just tell us full details so we can come and see the doctor accordinly. The worst management ever.
T	The Ordinary Girl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To begin with, the staff lack some serious etiquettes and communication skills. No sorry, no thank you. They talk as if they are doing a huge favour for you by working there. I QUIT visiting this clinic. Dr. Siva was my family doctor for about a year and a half. During my first few visits I thought he was a good doctor with some compassion. However, as the time went by he did not care enough to actually understand my condition which was getting worse day by day. Every other visit he made me feel like a culprit and as if I'm faking my condition and told me there are other people living with some more chronic pain and mobility issues. I asked him how does he know if I don't have some underlying condition which is causing the chronic pain? He refused to write me any image testing other than the X-ray because apparently he thought I'm okay. He talks very disrespectfully at times. Interestingly, he has some knowledge and he will prescribe you medication to treat the problem. One day he will be nice, extremely rude on the other. It just seems like he is heavily biased and very moody. Not a good option to get treatment for chronic health issues.

We had symptoms of stomach flu, and as usual, couldn't get an appointment with our family physician in a timely manner. Receptionist Satie was extremely helpful in helping us get set up as new patients, and after seeing that we had been waiting for almost 3 hours, pushed us up in the queue so we could see the doctor sooner. She was also very helpful in setting up follow up appointments to check in on lab results and guide us through various procedures for them. Dr. Siva was patient and took the time to ask us about our symptoms to get a fuller understanding of the problem before writing us a prescription that resolved our symptoms after just a couple of days. Long wait for new walk-in patients aside, a great experience!
v	v Jayapathy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know this clinic has a few doctors here. Dr. Siva, however, is literally one of the BEST medical professionals I have ever come across. Genuinely takes his time and asks all the right questions, gives you a thorough explanation so you are not left in the dark and is not afraid to prescribe the right medication/tests/specialists/etc. I have stopped going to my family doctor of 10 years, after my first few experiences with Dr. Siva. If anyone feels negatively about him in their reviews its undoubtedly the most inaccurate and false representation of this Doctor. (5/5 review) However I would not give reception the same review, rude and unprofessional. (1/5 review)
