Worst salon ever!!!!!! Never go there i told her don't make my hair so short and she did worst decision of going there. When i asked what will i do with this you make it so short she said i dont know.

I made the mistake of coming to this location for a simple style. It wasn't my first choice but since my original salon/hair dresser was overbooked due to mothers day weekend I decided to make an appt here for 9am for a simple hairdo (curl medium length hair and add a Bobby pin on one side). I had to pay $50 for a TERRIBLE style, no wash & a style that fell apart within 2 hours. Firstly, my stylist Sharmila arrived 10 minutes late. I can completely understand that things come up, but then she proceeded to take the next 10 minutes to input all appointments for the day into the computer system. Terrible customer service!! I interrupted her about halfway through and let her know that I had a wedding to attend (my husband was part of the bridal party) and i had to be out of the salon by 10am latest (which is what I was promised when I booked and confirmed the appt over the phone). She told me that she had to finish inputting all the appointments in the system and just because I make an appointment at 9am doesnt mean the serbice starts at 9am. Next, she wanted to wash my hair and I had to turn her down because I was already about 15 to 20 minutes behind. The wash is included in the style price but because of her lack of timeliness I had to deny the wash. Thankfully my hair had been washed the day before and was still in good condition to work with. When she started curling my hair she turned me away from the mirror. This really irritated me, and I feel it was done intentionally so I couldn't see what she was doing. I started to notice that the curls were a lot tighter and smaller than in the picture and she told me that she had to do it that way so it wouldn't come out. The curling job was terrible, messy and nothing like the picture I showed her at the beginning. At about 9:30am a co worker also arrived and they began talking in another language (complaining about co workers & management) from what I could gather. This set us behind again time wise because she was working slower, was distracted and would put down the curler occasionally to have a conversation. When it came time to do the pin up, she just took a small section of hair, twirled it and put a rubber band over it super tightly and then pinned it with a Bobby pin on the surface of my hair. Making the rubber band and pin visible (which was not like the picture at all). When I told her i wanted it covered like in the picture she basically took a strand of hair and covered it, didn't style or put it in a position where it wouldn't move and make the rubber band and Bobby pin visible again. The final look was nothing like the picture I showed. Curls were messy, pinned part was visible, I had baby hairs sticking up that I had asked her if she could ensure were hair sprayed and not sticking up. I think at the end of the day she rushed, but if she had been on time and started my appointment instead of putting stuff into the system (her computer skills were slow) then maybe she could do a better job. Worst part was at the end when I was paying I paid $50 for something that was terrible and no wash (because she was late). And then she gave me some product in a plastic bag and told me that there were baby hairs sticking up and I should use it to push them down. IF SHE COULD SEE BABY HAIRS STICKING UP...WHY DIDNT SHE DO IT HERSELF?? Needless to say I basically took out the pin and rubberband and wore my hair down. The curls didnt hold and because they were so tight and she just sculpting product my hair ended up a tangled mess within 2 hours. Would not recommend this place or the two stylists that worked that morning.

I had a haircut, last week, from Sharmila. I must say she is one of the best hair dressers I’ve ever met.She was really polite and understanding. She gave me a really nice hair cut .She kept in mind everything I wanted in my new hair cut nd did a fantastic job. Would like to visit this salon again for sure. ??❀️❀️

I’ve been going to Diane for over a year now. She helped me get my hair from super dark brown to (almost) platinum blonde. I’ve always had a hard time finding a hair stylist that understood what I exactly wanted and actually cared about not damaging my hair as much. She also recommended me amazing products for my hair. My hair colour still looks toned even though I haven’t visited the salon in three months! I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

The service was okay and quick. What made my experience an experience of a life time is this.. their age old payment terminal didn’t accept my phone tap and I wasn’t carrying my cash or card. I tried paying through a Visa card purchased then and there at Walmart using my phone tap, but unfortunately that takes an hour to get activated. I just indicated the hair stylist that I lived 3 mins from there but she said we can’t let you go, there is no way of knowing if you are gonna come back. Fair enough. Next she suggested that if you want to go, YOU EITHER LEAVE YOUR PHONE OR YOUR DAUGHTER HERE SO WE KNOW YOU ARE COMING BACK. DON’T WORRY NOTHING WILL HAPPEN. PEOPLE DO THAT ALL THE TIME. Seriously?????? People leave their 6 year olds behind so that they can pay 60 bucks to a salon ? I would rather choose to wait until I find a person considerate enough to understand my situation. In my case the Walmart manager trusted me and lent me cash which after I escaped this situation returned. This is a big shout out to SMARTSTYLE that stylists like these are ruining your reputation and soliciting your customers. Beware! My first and last visit to this location.
