★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always receiving amazing service through WA-2 whether it be with their phone reps or Adam, our delivery service tech! Our team is always enlightened to see him around. Him and his whole team are always very accommodating. Biggest brownie points when I made a big mistake on my end and missed an order for our office's delivery date - Adam pulled through and fit us in his busy schedule no questions asked!

The teas and coffee that they supply are great quality and the water filtration systems that we have at the office are amazing! So nice to have bi-weekly interactions with Adam. He is always making sure that we have everything that we need as well as offering different suggestions on how to make our experience better. He goes above and beyond to makes things happen for us. The accounting team is speedy to respond and always accurate. Russ has been our delivery chap for years and we adore him! He is friendly, always smiling and makes great conversation. He takes initiative so we never need to remind him to check on this or that. :) Thanks for kicking butt, Russ and Team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started working with a company back in March that had WA-2 already set-up as their coffee and service provider. I quickly fell in love with their amazing and personal customer service. Adam went out of his way to ensure that I could reach out to him with any questions I may have. He is also an amazing ambassador for the brand and always brings samples for us to try when new products are introduced! Max has also been into our office and it fantastic as well! WA-2 is lucky to have such genuine and friendly people to represent their brand! I will recommend this company to anyone I can!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WA-2 has been a fantastic company to work with! We've used them for years and even after our company merged with another, we convinced them to continue using WA-2 because they're that good. The service is excellent, the coffee is delicious & their options are vast.
I love the convenience of their dairy delivery and that you can order weekly or bi-weekly. If there's ever a problem or we run out of anything before the next delivery date, Adam is always happy to come early or make an additional trip to make sure all our needs are met! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to use WA-2 as their coffee service. Prompt delivery, professional people and great deals. What more can you ask for!?

There is no request too small or problem too big - he often fits in extra visits to our office to attend to our caffeine needs. Adam Bailey is our service represent and I could not have asked for a better rep. Adam is attentive to our needs and often recommends ways to better the service he is providing. Adam arrives in the office twice per week and maintains all of our equipment, tea and coffee stocks. He has an amazing personality and is always a pleasure to have around.
