The machine itself is a work of art and makes an espresso, that ruined coffee shops for me. Most of them at least. Only the very best coffee shops can satisfy me nowadays. But I rarely use them, because of this beautiful machine. I couldn't be happier. UPDATE: Once again, received a 6 star service here. Thank you very much QCS and your entire team is great. Roya, thank you for helping me so quickly and sorting out my problem! Always prompt replies, best service and friendly staff in Canada.

Other stores might sell you a machine, but there's no way they'll take the time to show you how to use it. Plus, it's comforting to know that if you have any problems, it can be repaired in-house.

At the same day as I've made the order, my coffee machine was at my home with a bag of coffee beans as a gift. Person who delivered my coffee machine, I think his name is Roger, was super nice! We discused the appliance maintenance and which coffee is good for automatic coffee machines. He was really helpfull! The next day, when I had one more question, I've recived a quick response via mail. Overall I'm very satisfied with the quality of the service I've got here.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and patient. A key selling point for me was their relationship with an "approved" Jura service technician on Vancouver Island (Victoria) that can service my machine if needed — including warranty issues — unless it's a major issue in which case it may need to be taken to QCS in Vancouver. I appreciated they are not all things to all people — they have dialled in a narrow range of high quality products and services and do it well. Thank you!

They took the time to show us how to operate and clean the machine even before committing to buy it. We were given a range of drinks to taste test without ever feeling pressured to buy. Moreover, they were incredibly generous when it comes to extra accessories! They have made a life-long customer with their kindness and professionalism.
