Every time we ask for something, they come the same day or the next one. The machine we bought is a commercial grade one and makes great coffee, it's easy to use, easy to clean and really user friendly. Same as all their household ones.
Coffee is excellent as always.
Never disappointed with Nespresso.

Charlie, our main point of contact has been extremely helpful with all our needs. 5 stars services. Would recommend, plus their coffees and Nunshen teas are some of the best we tried around. Very consistent.

We've been with them for a year now and it has been seamless. They keep us well stocked on all the latest Nespresso Capsules and Accessories, our Rep is never more than a quick phonecall away and drops in regularly to see how we are doing. Their tech's are available to assist with installation, maintenance, and trouble shooting.
I would recommend EVS to anyone considering bringing Nespresso on board at their business!

George walked us through the process, showed us a machine/coffees and answered our questions. Craig patiently trained and offered us first-class service. They both have gone above and beyond, and we are very happy to be part of the Nespresso Pro family.
Everyone at work is loving the coffee, great flavours and variety.

George was amazing during the whole process, helping us coordinate everything from the first demo to set up and operation of the machine. He was very patient with us as we navigated the confusion that can come with coordinating everything remotely and helped make the process smooth and relatively painless.
Overall, such a great experience and would highly recommend George and the EVS team to anyone considering purchasing a Nespresso.
