They were very thorough and helped me come up with a wonderful design and execution for what I had in mind for storefront channel letters and vinyls. Both Majd and Amir were kind, patient, thorough, and worked diligently to get the permit from the city and install the signage at an ideal time! The work they delivered was stunning and high-quality, and surpassed all my expectations, at a very reasonable price too! I would highly recommend Signarama Vancouver to any business owners looking to get quality signage to help them get noticed.

I returned the following business day with the request typed out indicating the wording, size of the window and the colour requested. As the owner was out I spoke to a different associate and he raised the price by $20 as the wording was on two lines (?). Several days later I was called and informed the job was completed so I attended to pick up the finished job. When I arrived it appeared that a elderly man and woman were filling in as they had problems understanding my name and finding the work. After bringing several jobs to show me he finally found the correct one. He did not seem to know how to use the credit card machine so I paid him in cash. While he was getting change I opened the lettering only to see that it was 28" wide when the written order stated that the window was only 14" wide. I pointed out the error and was informed to contact the owner. The following day I telephoned the owner and he assured me that it would be corrected. After numerous emails, telephone calls and months I finally gave up and contacted the Better Business Bureau. They initiated and file and had no luck solving the situation for me. They have given this company a poor rating and so do I. I did not get a refund nor the job corrected as promised.

V	Vancouver Special on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signarama is the most wonderful company to deal with! From start to finish, they offered great service, pricing, and quality. We used them to install a large vinyl mural on the windows at the Polygon gallery in North Van for a pop up shop. The colors matched our design perfectly, the installers showed up right on time, were very professional, and they did a meticulous job putting up the vinyl. I honestly could not be happier with how it all worked out. I will use them again and highly recommend this company
