We purchased an older home in Penetanguishene and the home had a rental hot water tank, a older pressure tank and needed a water softener to remove the hardness of the township water as well as the chlorine. We called W&B Plumbing and I got the answering service. I didn't want to leave a message, so just hung up. Wayne called me back within seconds, I was very surprised when he did. Now, there's a plus, right there! When it came time for the work to start, it was a pleasure to have Adam (one of Wayne's employees) in our home, he was very respectful, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything and made sure, before he left, that I understood how to adjust the new hot water tank and the new water softener. He cleared up the "octopus" of the old plumbing and made it functional and easy to follow. If you’re looking for a quality, trustworthy plumber give them a call, you will be glad you did! We certainly are and will be having them back, when we are ready to upgrade the two bathrooms.

I called W&B (after seeing positive reviews on my community FB hub) and spoke with Wayne. Wayne understood the problems and arranged for Adam to attend our property. Adam quickly assessed the situation and dealt with both problems in a professional manner. He had the right tools and the experience! Adam paid special attention to keeping the work area clean; he communicated very well and instilled a great deal of confidence in me regarding his approach to deal with the repairs. The cost was very reasonable, about what I expected. I'm sure Adam is headed for the Plumber's Hall of Fame - he removed the sewer blockage...a bird! I would highly recommend W&B to help you with a plumbing issue. Fantastic folks to deal with!

They showed up same day when local companies couldn’t make it for over a week, Bob the plumber was very professional, honest and courteous and we now have hot water after a month of not having it. Thank you W&B plumbing I would strongly recommend their services to anyone !

I had Ryan , Adam, and Sean to do the work and all of them are courteous and takes the time to explain the work to be done. Ryan fixed the leak promptly. Adam and Sean installed the backup sump pump even it was already at the end of day which thanks to Wayne too for accommodating. Excellent customer service ! Highly recommended !

The job we asked them to do....move a few pipes for a reno and install the pipes for the tub. They did half of....and we had to call them back to finish the quoted job. Then the pipes they installed for the tub faucet is not the right type of pipe (they had the booklet to use as a guide) so we now need another plumber to come and fix this. Very disappointed.
