★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far it’s been a pleasure dealing with Voltbike Coquitlam. I purchased my bikes and they showed up on my doorstep in Alberta six days later. I assembled the bikes, very good instructions. Battery’s are all charged up, ready for the ice to go away on the road. Can’t wait to ride them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since moving to Campbell River last December my wife and I were looking into e-bikes, thanks to the many local hills. After a lot of research I found a local company renting e-bikes and we decided to give it a try. The bikes we rented were Voltbike's Yukon 750 and Yukon Step thru. We really loved the experience and, even for a first try, the feel of riding a fat tire bike. I can tell you that we got a lot of remarks and questions on that first day. That evening (a Monday) I ordered online a Yukon 750 and a Yukon Step Thru. The following Friday morning the large boxes were at our front door. Wow!. The bikes were very well packed and protected. Everything we had ordered was there too. There was very little assembly needed and after a couple hours to adjust everything to our liking we were ready to hit the trails/roads and everywhere you can roll a fat tire. We have had the bikes for a little over a week now and we are really impressed with the quality and ease of use. We are both retired and they really help us get around our new town. I have seen some reviews mentioning some bad experiences with Voltbike's customer service, and we have not had any reasons to contact them so far, but I am confident that a company that build and improve over the years bikes so good and affordable will make every possible effort to satisfy their customers. Am I right George?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had my Yukon 750 limited for 2 months now and just love it. The quality and ride suite my needs. The choice of components would fit most peoples expectations for a bike in this price range. I get out and ride as often as possible and every time I get compliments and questions. So glad I went with a Canadian based company with a shop and warehouse close to home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent quality e-bike but not so great customer service. Very hard to reach Voltbike if you have any follow-up questions or concerns with your purchase. Another negative is they do not publish all bike reviews on their website. I gave my new e-bike a pretty good review on their website but it was never posted. Can't figure out why as it was a respectable and honest review?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my Yukon 750 in February 2021. The ordering was easy and the bike arrived within two days. I have ridden in all conditions and as I do enjoy riding it- it is nothing special. Any electric bike that I have ridden rides similar to this. The after sales service is nonexistent with this company. I also had ordered a front rack for my bike and nine months later I had to hassle them to get it. They gave me a lame excuse that they had forgotten about it but I suggested maybe they get an inventory control system!! What a bunch of dinosaurs! Also I’ve asked a couple of times now why my wife’s Rad rover 500 mini beats me up hills.(why did I buy 750 watts?) And I’ve never gotten an answer back so there is no after sales service with these people unless you’re buying something. The mistake that I made was not go test drive the bikes first on a hilly terrain. And of course it’s too late for that now. I believe I got a good value for my $2000 just glad I didn’t have to pay full price. Update for December 2021. After my review I’ve gotten feedback from the company. Still not happy with their answers as they haven’t addressed the lack of power in this bike on steep hills. So lesson learned for me is to test drive first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are the best. I've had my Yukon for over 2 years now (7000+km's). Any time I had a question, they've always been happy to help. They go above and beyond. Their bikes are great value, but beyond that, they stand behind them, which was super important to me. Can't recommend them enough.

BEWARE!!! the warranty on these bikes is extremely limited. If you are not mechanically minded it would be better to purchase from an actual bike shop so they can fix any issues for you. Given that VoltBike is an online shop, all they can do is send you the parts, the onus is on you to fix bike or pay to have it done.
Now that being said, I did have a problem with my bike tire in the first day. They offered me a new tire, but I would have to put it on myself. I was very unhappy, this was a 1 day old bike!
They have since reached out and offered to buy the bike back or they could send me a 'free' accessory for my inconvenience/costs. They seem to genuinely be trying to satisfy this customer.
I have had a chance to try the bike a few times now and I am so far quite pleased with it so I am keeping the bike and upping my review.
I will up it more once I have had a chance to try the bike out more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brother-in-law bought one last year and loves it so I called before ordering online with a few questions and Bianca was very helpful. I then ordered two bikes online (Bravo for my husband and Elegant for me) and it was an easy process. We wanted to pick up and do a test ride and when we got there Joe was so helpful with our test ride and the pick up. There was an issue with my bike that was quickly rectified and Joe helped us load them into our truck. I would highly recommend this company.
