Last Thursday was very special for me. I bought my first car here, in Canada. It was a pleasure to have a business with Roberto. From the first minute, I felt very comfortable. He didn't push as some other salesmen do, very polite, knows his product very well. I really felt how we wanted to make my purchase as pleasant as possible Since it was my first experience buying a car in Canada, he explained to me all the steps in details. I received my car in excellent condition with a nice little bonus. I'm 100% satisfied customer. Thanks VW Downtown and especially Roberto for such smooth and pleasant experience with buying a car!

The staff in this dealership was very welcoming. I don't know much about cars, but I've learned so much from this dealership! The service department was patient and very helpful when they explained what was wrong with my car and how it was repaired. Every time I had to leave my car at the dealership, there would be an Uber called to drive me to and from the dealership. All in all it was a great experience at VW Downtown and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone needing help with their vehicle! :)

Worst experience I've ever had at any VW. After buying 5 vehicles from this dealer and several more from others I would have expected a higher standard. I brought my new 2021 R line Atlas in for a repair and asked for a quote to fix my windshield chip. Both speedy glass and the guy at Canadian tire said a repair was possible, however my VW protection package covered up to 500$ so why not go to the dealer. After they inspected the chip they somehow created a 2 ft Crack 10-15" away with no connection to the 1.5 month old chip. The service manager said he has video footage it happened on their watch, but they say the windshield needed to be replaced and couldnt be repaired... (after creating the crack why wouldn't you you say that?!) I called VW customer care Canada and they told me they advised the service manager to replace the windshield, he still refused. And VW customer care said they can't force their hand. The service manager bullied my wife into using our entire $500 VW protection plus warranty and claiming under our insurance, (Is this Fraud?!? They broke it!) Then paying their exuberant rates above and beyond what both those wouldn't cover. Almost 300$. While this happened I came by to grab my 2 car seats where I was greated by no one. My Atlas with 2 $700 car seats and a $2600 stroller (silver wave) was left unlocked and I grabbed them and left with no confrontation. Worst of all the service manager had the gull to say me driving with my 1 and 3 year old with the windshield, they destroyed, was as safe as driving as with the nickle sized chip. I wish I could hold this appauling service manager to a higher standard. He was offended I called his department out and expected him to stand behind his team. What a joke.

I had a great experience dealing with Colin on the deposit of my future VW Golf R. He was quick to respond to all of my inquiries and super polite. He's also a gear head which helped a lot when talking about cars. I would 100% recommend this dealership for the casual and enthusiast when looking to buy any VW. We had a great experience with David P. at the VW downtown location. He is an amazing sales person. He's very knowledgeable about the car when doing the test drive. He anticipated and answered all of our questions without us even asking. He was also very professional and fast with all the follow up emails and providing us with additional information. He was friendly, easy to talk to and provided great customer service. If you are looking for a car at VW Downtown, ask for David and you will not be disappointed.

I bought my 2018 pre-owned Golf in 1 day. Communication with sales associate, Diana, was super quick and she was very friendly. Saw the car in the morning, set up a test drive 2 hours later and purchased the next day. Great team!

I brought my slightly used 2021 Jetta to Volkswagen Downtown Toronto for a detailing job after the dealership I bought it from charged me for a detailing job that was terribly done. What a difference! The entire process was really easy and everyone involved were super friendly and helpful. And what can I say about the results? The cars looks brand new again. They managed to get all the dirt and stains out and thoroughly cleaned and polished the car inside and out. They also applied a ceramic coating on the entire car which makes it shine and repel water and dirt. I would highly recommend this place for detailing. Excellent value and great service.
