My wife's lease was coming up for renewal and we happened to book an appointment with Frank at Maple Volkswagen. What a terrific individual. The entire process was great. He was truthful, engaging and extremely good at solving problems. The process went so well, we ended up buying two cars from him. Highly recommend Frank and Emil at Maple Volkswagen.

We dealt mostly with Tyler and Emil and let me tell you some of the nicest most knowledgeable people I have ever spoken and done business with. The showroom was spacious and EXTREMELY clean and when we went we were able to see a couple of car options. Throughout the process we had lots of questions and with zero hesitation they gladly answered all of our questions. Again I will reiterate how amazing the staff was and how easy all the staff made our purchase. Can't thank them enough. We bought a different brand vehicle a short time ago and the service was no where the same. What truly stood out for us is the time they took to go over and explain all the features in the vehicle, where we did not get the same on our last vehicle purchase of a different make of car. Thank you again to the Maple VW team 5 STARS all the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially had a few glaring issues when I first purchased my 2017 Golf R from Maple. All water under the bridge now. I am a repeat customer thanks to their fantastic service department. The building is newer looking and very clean and convenient for those that live north of the GTA. Lee in service is phenomenal. His level of service and attention to detail is off the charts. Really appreciate the time he takes to thoroughly explain the work done on my R. Thanks....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As newcomers, we are not too familiar with the whole process of buying or leasing a car in Canada. Tyler and Aim were super patient with us and explained us everything to the smallest of details.
Tyler helped us to choose our 2019 VW Tiguan. He was willing to do several test drives and happily explained every aspect of the vehicle. He was very communicative and very nice.
After we settled on the Tiguan, Aim helped us with everything finance related and took the time to explain all of our possible options.
The team at this dealership is fantastic! Check it for yourself and make sure to ask for Tyler.

I’ve purchased a few different cars from a few different dealerships and nothing compares to the service I’ve received from Tyler in the sales department. Not only did he make the process extremely easy, he stayed past the time he was scheduled to work, and worked with my with my schedule and budget, to get the vehicle I wanted.
