★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver of this Part Source vehicle was travelling southbound on highway 400 last evening around 6:30, and was drifting into other lanes, and almost collided with vehicles in the other lanes. Luckily the other vehicle drivers were paying attention. This occured a couple of times before the Parts Source vehicle exited on to Rutherford Road.

Came to use the loan a tool program, the front desk employees flat out told me the program is not currently running due to COVID. After confirming with other stores they confirm it is Infact running I went back in the store and magical the program is running. Clearly staff don't want to do their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this Sunday. The guy at the counter was rude and uninterested. They had a promotion going on for $10 off signing up. I signed up with 3 different email addresses. No emails. I was purchasing high quality oil with K&N filter only because you can use the coupon if I spend over 50 bucks. The guy at the counter showed no interest in helping us or why the email coupon was not being recieved. 10$ is nothing but because of the altitute we left everything on the counter and walked out without purchasing anything. I don't think they deserve my business.
