★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are amazing!!! We were heading back home to Belleville when we broke down on Jane St. In Concord. We broke down at 3:39pm. I called the auto part shop and asked if they would deliver an alternator to the location we broke down. Sure enough they did and arrived within 10 minutes. They were very pleasant and professional about it. The driver brought our alternator after I realized I would also need a battery. The driver ended up driving back to get us a battery after already driving to us once for the alternator. They didn't even charge us for delivery. To top it off they were also cheaper than Canadian Tire. I highly recommend these guys!!! If I lived in the area I would definitely use them again! Thank you!

I had noise coming from front wheel on my car. My mechanic told me that its CV shaft is defective and I need to get it from the dealer. Since the dealer did not have the part and had to order it, I tried to get a good aftermarket part. But looking at aftermarket part was a great challenge. Finally, I was able to order the part from “Creditstone Auto Parts” because I found them more trustworthy than all order aftermarket part sellers in GTA. However, after getting the part, it turned out that my original CV shaft was fine and therefore I had to return the CV shaft back to Creditstone Auto Parts for a refund. Mark (the customer rep) told me that this is a special order and normally they won’t accept the return on special orders, but since this was the mechanic mistake, they would accept the part and refund my money. These days, there are not many good Auto Part sellers that customers can trust. Based on my own experience, I think “Creditstone Auto Parts” is one of the good and trustworthy ones. It seems that they have good quality parts and their customer service is great.
