I was so glad she came in to the clinic to follow up and immediately recommended a more sleek system that is so easy to use for all my staff and more importantly our customers. She is so responsive and was very refreshing to receive personal customer service and put a face to the name. So many of our customers have commented how sleek and modern our POS is and are so impressed that it flows with our overall theme. TJ is our local Rep, always available and awnsers any questions we have. The machine is also very fast and easy to use. I highly recommend anyone who is paying too much to look into their options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently made the change to CPOS and we're very happy we did. Linda Banks made the decision to make a change very easy. She took the time to discuss all the options available to us with no pressure what so ever. The fact that Linda is local for us is an added benefit. She is quick to reply to any phone call or email questions we may have.
We have received many compliments on our new machine from our customers. The 2 sided interface adds an extra layer of safety and security for our customers. They now have several additional options for how they receive receipts including by text and email.
We appreciate Linda taking the time to explain all the features and ensuring we were comfortable using the machine before we began using it. We look forward to working with CPOS and Linda Banks in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best companies I have ever work with. Michael Sbrolla when above and beyond when it comes to assisting with my business. I opened my doors Feb 1, 2019, Michael help me get a debit/credit card machine, but he did so much more than that! He got my website built, and did the appointment booking. I know nothing about websites, I know how to cut hair lol. I am forever grateful for all of Michael has done for my business. I have trusted him with 2 of my business now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst . STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. FRAUDULENT!! They’ll tell you hey use our terminal for 6 months free , then if you choose to keep it , it becomes $38 a month, For the first 3 months( while I had it) I questioned & had to call why they are taking all these UNKNOWN fees out of my account! Nobody emails you back. But they don’t forget to go into your bank account without permission. FRAUDULENT

I've been trying to get a hold of someone since January and no one has addressed my concerns.
I have called Jan 27th, March 2nd, 7th, 8th, and 14th
Candis Carew is a Sr. Loyalty Manager, who promised to call me back the next day and has failed twice. I gave her a week to get back to me and didn't hear from her.

My issue was resolved within ONE call and he made the proper outreach the next day to confirm all transaction activity was working properly. (That was cool!) I highly recommend the products that CPOS has to offer and their support team operates properly.
