If you are having any troubles with Inkas Payments, I recommend you call and ask for Kim. She's extremely professional and responsive. Thank you Kim! I also enjoy working with their service team. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was hung up on when I said that the owner was not in the store at the moment, so I called back and asked that they remove us from their lists as we are not interested in doing business with people who do that. We have gotten call after call in the months since though. I now classify this as harassment since we've made numerous requests to be removed from their lists, and yet still get called.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Warren set me up with almost a 30% savings on the fees charged on top of the base rate for credit cards. He has made himself available for the entire process of switching my Merchant Account to Inkas/Clover. Moreover, he was available to assist when my old merchant provider was trying to charge my company a huge cancelation fee and couched me through my rights as a merchant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been with Inkas since last October. So not quite a year yet. I cant be more pleased with the personal service we receive from our rep Warren Stone. If I experience a problem I simply give him a call, as he is always available to us, and he keeps me posted on the progress as he rectifies the situation. I love my POS machine!!! I feel very confident that I am in good hands knowing that Warren Stone has our companies best interests at heart. Not only a very knowledgeable rep but also a great guy with a great team behind him!!! Kudo's to everyone at Inkas!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently switched from Elavon to Inkas (First Data & Clover) to both improve our service and save some money. We haven't been disappointed. Warren (Stone) our rep and his crew have been great in assisting us make a quick and painless transition. They solved any problems we've had almost immediately and they continue to support us. That said, they haven't had too much to do as the Clover system has been outstanding as an efficient and reliable tool. We operate multiple businesses and our experienced staff consider this the best system we've ever had. We look forward to continuing to do business with Warren and Inkas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THEY WON'T STOP CALLING!!! Even after we've told them to put us on their do not call list they still keep calling they're aggressively demanding to see our statements so they can give us a better rate we've told them time and time again we're comfortable with the people that we are with and they still keep bothering us judging by all the other negative reviews on here this company is doing the same thing to other people as well. Do not give them any statements or any personal information that they ask you for. All they want to do is make it look like they're giving you a better deal and then they give you a contract for you to sign and trap you into.
STOP CALLING!!! No means NO!!!
