2 stars at the most, and that's mainly because the sales rep I spoke to spray washed the car for me before I came. Let's put it in a nutshell; my father and I came back to see a car this dealer had to offer. We had many questions about the cars tires, brakes and other small things. Upon seeing the car the first time, the service light was on. Not the best look, as it was over a 110 days due. I came back a few days later, the service was never done (oil was the same colour) but the light was now miraculously off. After many vague and ambiguous answers about the vehicles condition, past history and more, we decided it was not worth the purchase. Would I trust this dealer with my money? Probably not. If I'm unable to get a direct response regarding a car's safety and reliability, how can I justify spending any amount? The sales reps know 0 to little about cars. Which is disappointing, and the their attitudes are poor when it comes to discussing things they have no idea about. Before you decide to purchase here, keep in mind, you're taking a risk buying a car from a dealer who knows almost nothing about it.

I got my Nissan Altima 08. I had a great experience buying my car from here. Everyone is knowledgeable and got a very good deal.. Their customer service is excellent. I would like to thank Michael, Ian and Sara for their help. In one word I am happy to buy a car from International Auto Depot.

So impressed with the price and the after purchase service. It took a while to actually get to take home the 2010 Pathfinder that I bought. The air conditioning wasn't working and they said that they would take care of it. I was so impressed that they were thoroughly fixing the job. 10 days later I discovered that the lower ball joints need replacing and they said bring it back in. I would not hesitate to recommend Nato and Alex to anyone. I finally had a great used car buying experience!

I've been to couple of dealerships for the past 3 months and International Auto Depot is by far the most helpful and friendly people. I went there as a drop in, without an appointment and Michael Ajufo was there to help right way. He gave the keys to let me check out the cars, and he gave no pressure to make me buy the cars. He also asked if I wanted to test drive right away without making any commitments. Met with Sara May, Financial Manager, and she gave me every information I needed to know and answered all the questions I wanted to ask since it was my first time buying a car and she was very patient. Both Sara and Michael made my first car buy experience a whole lot easier and smoother than I thought it would be. There is a reason why they have a high review rating. They are an A+ dealership, and will do anything for you to be satisfied and walk out happy. Will recommend them to anybody that is looking to buy a car.

I just bought my first SUV from International Auto. It was wonderful. My sales rep Dino made the whole experience awesome and I will purchase from him again if the need arises. All the staff are are very friendly and down to earth, even the boss in the private office. I will tell all my friends about this place. In fact you should go there right now and pick out your next vehicle.

Michael and Ian are FANTASTIC. They provided me with great advice and even better service. Honesty and Integrity are very rare find in the automotive industry, but both are provided to you at International Auto Depot. These two guys are the definition of amazing customer service and experience. They provided me with 100% transparency and full honesty about both the vehicles i was interested in. My 3 week car search is now over thanks to these two gentleman. A+++

My son purchased a 2012 Ford Focus, his first car purchase 3 weeks ago. Alex was extremely pleasant and very nice. The cars transmission went after three weeks and even after being repaired it needs to go back in again. The complimentary warranty covered the initial repair so far except we had to pay a deductible of $150.00. I called Alex and the only response i received was "good job you had the warranty" which i can appreciate however i felt they could have done more. Even covering the deductible would have shown a good faith considering this happened within 3 weeks.

Bought a 2011 Nissan Rogue last year. Had the car checked by a mobile mechanics and he gave me a report with some issues like rusted rotors and some rust on the belly etc. but that was reflected in the price. He said it still was a good value for the money. I had researched the market and the car I bought was not exactly at wholesale price but was not over priced as well. It was reasonably priced just like other cars in the lot from clunkers to really nice ones. They have no haggle pricing so there is not much wiggle room to negotiate the price down. No sales person hovering around you and pushing cars. Dealt with Dino. Very friendly guy. He just let me visit the lot and check cars and I gave me key for Rogue when I asked for it and left me alone. Also dealt briefly with Michael who is quite cranky or at least he came across initially as cranky but that was my bad judgement. He turned out to be a very helpful and knowledgeable car guy and you couldn't tell that he was an accountant back in Russia. Car was impeccably cleaned inside out when I took possession. Almost a year and a half and 12K on my watch but beside oil change and battery replacement, I didn't have to spend anything in repairs yet.
