T	Taylor Moore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazed! How to describe a dealership experience usually starts with negative thoughts, but I can only express the opposite with Benchmark Automotive. Angelo and Victor truly care about the customers that come into their dealership and offer the absolute best customer service I have seen, hands down. I recently purchased a BMW 335D from their dealership and was quite happy with their price and warranty compared to anything in the market. Angelo went on to show me the extensive servicing for a known Carbon Build up issue with the model I was purchasing and the repairs it underwent before deciding to let someone buy it from his lot. Even afterwards I encountered a leak from the car's cooling system which Angelo took care of in a heartbeat. I have never had such a stress-free and happy experience with a dealership in my life. I highly recommend going in and seeing Angelo and Victor for your next car - even call them to help source your next car! I know I will be going back in the future!

This one might have a small lot but a HUGE Customer Service and HONEST Staff and CEO you will ever meet. They give the big guys a run for their service. Quality vehicles in stock and decent pricing, why buy new when you can get quality for cheap..... Angelo (CEO) was great he was accommodating to me as I had ran into some issues prior before the purchase and kept the vehicle aside until i returned a month later. Salesman Victor was amazing as well. Friendly faces and great service! Even Audi Midtown (yes AUDI) commented on how reputable they are when I was doing the vehicle inspection before purchase. Best used car I have ever purchased Audi A6 V8!! Thanks again BMA TEAM!! Def be back there again for my next buy and family too.

I visited the dealership just when the dealership had received the vehicle. It was on the hoist with wheels off for refinishing. Angelo was apologetic. I purchased the car and he ensured me that small repairs and refinishing would be done. Unfortunately, I could not make it to the dealership on regular business hours, so Angelo went out of his way and met me on a sunday to pick up the car. True to his word, the car was in perfect condition and all the small things were fixed including things that I was not worried about or even asked to be done. Truly an excellent dealership and Angelo genuinely cares about his customers.

Unfortunately, there were issues with the RX-8 I picked, which neither of us had realized. Understand, he did not have to take the car back... He did, made me whole and at a loss to himself (taxes etc). We tried to find another, I'm super picky. Angelo then went on to help not only find the perfect vehicle but also helped me through the process. He played a critical role in my vehicle purchase and he didn't make a dime off me. AAA+++ service. Will return to Benchmark exclusively for my next car. I strongly recommend paying for the certification process and warranty if applicable!

Still remember one of the clowns there said to my face “it is just like a house that you can’t buy at list price!”, “ you know the price is good or why would you come here?”, “why you wasting my time if you care about remaining warranties buying used car” very unprofessional and still leave a bad taste in my mouth. Avoid at all cost. There are simply better places out there.

Victor got right down to business and was able to get me approved on the vehicle with better rates than I expected. I just wanted to write a quick review and thank you note to you Angelo and your team for your honesty, dedication and professional service both before and after purchase of my car. The whole process of buying car was quick and a great experience. I wanted to pick the car on Sunday and Angelo was kind enough to open the showroom for us just to collect the keys and take the car. Angelo took care of a mechanical issue in my car after few weeks of purchase and got that fixed out of his own pocket. I have found a great friend and trusted adviser in Angelo and I always try to drop at Benchmark automotive and saying hello to the team whenever I am around in that area.
