They did not call me back, hung up me and told me to go somewhere else when I originally complained. I was not happy at all with their service and would not recommend Plaff Auto to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the best service I have ever received. I bought my car, preowned, site unseen as it was 3,500 km's away. The car arrived in 10/10 condition and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to Brian and the team. Would definitely recommend Pfaff in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PFAFF Vaughan has our car since October 26 2021 after one car accident and today May 13th 2022 (6,5 months later) I got a call from the manager with the update that there is no update at all, they don`t know WHEN car will BE READY, they are working on it but no dates, no information. It` s a first communication since March, when they promised to have our car ready by the end of the month - beginning of April. The worst part - the communication is so bad, they don`t reply to phone calls or emails, never send any updates, just simple ignore. Way to go guys! The worth customer service we have ever received!
